Build a direct booking app for my pousada, Pousada Maré Alta, in Paraty. Five rooms: three doubles at R$320 a night, a family room for 4 at R$480 and a suite at R$560. Prices go up 30% from 15 December to 15 January. Guests choose a room and dates, see the total, and book with names, phone, arrival time and requests. A 30% deposit confirms the booking. Honest limits
What a first build will not get right.
Rooms, a calendar of free nights, seasonal prices, a booking form, a deposit and an owner calendar are a normal first build. Two way calendar sync with Booking.com, Airbnb or a channel manager is a heavier integration that needs its own testing; until then, block dates by hand. Tourist taxes and invoices follow local rules, so check them before you rely on the totals.
Cost
How long it takes and what it costs.
About 4 credits and usually 10 to 20 minutes for the first build, after you approve the design. Changing a room price or the house rules is a small change, usually a fraction of a credit. Seasonal prices and deposit rules are bigger, so put them in the first prompt. A calendar sync with booking sites would be the largest addition of all, worth doing only once direct bookings come in.
The free plan gives 1 credit a day, up to 10 a month, with no card, which suits small changes. Standard is 20 US dollars a month for 20 credits, with a 7 day free trial (card required) and a first month of 15 dollars; a first build runs on that trial. Pro is 200 a month for 300 credits.

Will it stop double bookings with Booking.com or Airbnb?
Only for bookings made in your app. Nights sold on other sites have to be blocked by hand, unless you build a calendar sync, which is a larger follow up.
Can prices change by season?
Yes. Describe your seasons and prices in the prompt, and the total is worked out from the nights a guest picks.
Can I take a deposit?
